Post-Christmas Updates~

First of all I would like to talk about Raine. At first, I was going to do a photo story of him/her but I got too busy with my new jobs and the up-coming holidays so I wasn't able to. But I would still like to share the box opening pictures with my fellow readers. Also, on the side note, I never realized until now that Soom sent me the wrong CoA for my Cheshire Jr. When click on Authorized Serial Number and put the number on the CoA in, it had me as a different user and the order date was different too. I contacted Soom today, hopefully they'll reply to me soon.

Raine came with both human head and Cheshire head. I was actually delightfully surprised that they came with human feet too. That means I won't have too hunt for human feet parts for them.

Alright, on to the next topic~ After much persuasions from Scarlet, I gave in and bought Raine and Anri some clothes. 

Here is what I got for Raine...

On the left side is a Galaxy outfit I got from Custom Critter Design on Etsy. I love her clothes and she's a wonderful seller. And on the right is a partial set of the the Blue Tear Rabbit from Doll Heart (I got it second-hand from DoA). The shoes and the bloomer not included with the Blue Tear Rabbit set, but I got those from DoA marketplace as well. 

This is what I got for Anri...

YES! She finally has a body~ It's an Aimerai 1/6 genderless body I got second-hand from DoA. The match can be noticeable, but not too bad. According to the original owner, the body was made new in 2015. However, Anri is whiter than the body. The body has this milky-yellow undertone to it unlike Anri's paper white resin. Next, the frilly white dress, the petticoat, and the shoes are from Doll Heart (I'm not sure what's the name of the dress).  And the wig is from Crobidoll (CRWS-72 in Pink Black)

It's a suit from Freedom Teller custom made to fit R-line body's big booty!

It's VERY nice, all the little details put into the outfit really show its quality. I see Shiki wearing the pants the most since it's hard to find him pants that fit him correctly.

All kinds of Lindor truffles~ urBeats earphones, Victoria's Secret Bombshell perfume, Victoria's Secret little lotion kit, and Lush bath bombs. A little extra info about me, I love taking baths and showering. He got me the 2 of Golden Wonder and 2 of  Shoot for the Stars. The Golden Wonder turns the bath water into aquamarine color and it has little stars in them. And Shoot for the Stars turns the bath to look like a shimmery night sky blue. I can't wait to try them... Maybe when it gets a bit warmer.

Alright, let's start from the beginning. I was browsing through eBay as usual and stumbled upon an ongoing bid on Levi Figma Cleaning ver. I've always wanted a Figma, but never got around to owning one and I really like Levi. So I placed a bid and won, he was $60 (including shipping)! Not a bad price at all since he is an exclusive I think. Plus, he's my Christmas/ birthday present to myself.

Here is Mr.Alpaca helping me un-box Levi.

Levi looks to be in mint condition, not a scratch on his box! His Figma number is Ex-020, he was sold during Wonder Festival in 2014 and on Good Smile Online Shop.

He comes with his standard uniform (minus the brown jacket & 3D maneuver gears), 3 face plates, 2 bandanas, various hand options (of course my favorite is one with the rag), 1 broom, 2 dusters, alternate front hair, Mikasa's alternate front hair, a stand, and a baggy for parts. 

Levi: This is a serious problem... we need to get started immediately! (눈▂눈)

Wow, I really enjoyed playing with Figma. I wish they would come out with Erwin Figma, I would totally buy it to go with my Levi Figma.

November Loots~

My Doll Clans order arrived on November 13th. Their shipping box was quite cute, and everything was meticulously packed. 

And this is the freebie I got from Doll Clans Halloween event, a little sticker set of Vezeto. And it turned out that the mystery character was Koyote. I don't think I'll ever play with these stickers since I don't want to ruin them but they're cute to look at.

I didn't noticed until now, but the accessories sticker above Vazeto is upside down.

As I mentioned before, I bought a black headphone with spike horns called Passion in Devil. And other item I bought was the dark grey demon horns. The horns are for Scarlet, it weights lighter than I expected.  

I can't find where I put my super glue... So Scarlet couldn't try on the horns yet.

Next is my rRabit order. These are all the items I got minus one item I got my friend. I added those brown oxford shoes went they brought them back since they were sold out before. They've been on my wishlist since I saw their first preorder a while back. 

The ruffles top are very cute. When I put them on Scarlet I had to kinda forced it on them due to their sizable chest. In conclusion, it's a tight fit on Senior Delf Female Type 3 body so the top fits better on smaller bust dolls. 

Next item is the wine pleaded skirt. It has a lovely color like the picture. It also has a corset on the back so you can adjust the skirt to your doll's measurement. 

Here's the devil tail panty. Cute but the tail is a bit hard to bend if I'm not careful I feel like I might poke the wire through the material.

And my favorite, the brown oxford shoes. It's super detailed and it fits my boys perfectly. I'm glad I was able to get it. 

Lastly, I never mention it here... But I gave into Scarlet's persuasion and got Raine and Anri some urethane eyes from Sadol Doll. I bought the SE-01 and SE-09.

I'm Alive~

I've been quite busy lately, but I finally found time to sit down and write a quick post on my blog. The month of November was full of BJD related purchases, but I haven't had time to talk on my blog about them. Hopefully, this month I'll do a better job of blogging. 

I never posted here but you've probably seen my pictures. Shiki received a new pair of eyes a long while ago. This is an Enchanted Doll eye Milky #62 in 16mm. It's beautiful, and looks even better in real life! I was able to buy it on the Enchanted Doll's Etsy site during their flash sale. So I didn't have to wait for weeks to receive my eyes.

Shiki is borrowing a wig from my friend. And that Batman shirt is from Etsy from the first year I got Mitsuki.

My first doll was a Little Monica Harmony-line Kliff (Mitsuki). Yes, I still own him... I can't imagine ever selling him.

Who is your favorite doll?

If I really had to choose only one it would be Mitsuki, he has been with me the longest after all.

I blame Mio and Orion for influencing me to put him on a girl body. Mitsuki was not amused, though as a girl he looks like a cool, sexy, older sister type. (*/ω＼*)

Depending on the situation (not counting floating bodies), I hope to save up for an Iplehouse Arvid. He is going to be Scarlet's mate. However, if Switch doll comes out with pre-order for Soseo, I would order him first.

Umm, it would be Shiki (Crobidoll Lance), since I ordered a custom face-up for him from Crobidoll. However, if I could count the doll head/ body I purchased separately... It would be Scarlet (Day Dreaming Lance ver.2 head with custom face-up and mods + Female Senior Delf Type 3 body).  

Who's the least expensive doll you own?

Second-hand Soom Lilid mountain lion ver. for only $200!

Is there a limit to what you'd spend on a doll?

$1000 (including shipping).

Which doll did you wait for the longest for so far?

Vincent (Soom male Dia). It was about 5 months wait but that's because I did a layaway with him.

Not counting second-hand dolls, it would be Mitsuki. He was only about a 2 months wait.

Currently, Vincent (65cm).

I'm guilty of hoarding eyes. I have 5 extra pairs without a use for them (should probably sell it).

I'm also guilty of hoarding wigs as well... If my dolls (6 dolls plus 3 floating heads) only use 1 wig each then I would have 10 extra wigs... In my defense, Scarlet uses multiple wigs and also 5 of the 19 are fur wigs.

Buying an unplanned dolls... Obviously, that didn't work out.

I have 3 Monster High dolls (1 of them technically belongs to my sister).  And I love painting their face-up~
